NOTES
– Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
– Children must be always supervised by an adult when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Cancellation insurance, tourism development tax and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pool has no swimming guard
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
– Language spoken by staff : English – Spanish
– Check-in : 17:00 h – Check out : 11:00 h
– Early check-in and late check-out are EXTRA cost
– Amount of security deposit : 5 000.00 EUR
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged upon reservation : 50 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
