The quaint village of es Cubells lies just 500m away, accessible by foot in approximately 6 to 7 minutes. This charming village boasts four restaurants and a supermarket open 7 days a week, adding to its allure. A brief 10-minute drive leads to the slightly larger village of Sant Josep, offering an array of amenities including butchers, fishmongers, pharmacies, large supermarkets, and restaurants catering to various tastes.

Nearby beaches include Ses Boques at 2.7 km, Cala D’hort at 6 km, and Cala Yundal at 8 km. For those seeking the vibrant atmosphere of Ibiza Town, it is a mere 16 km away.

NOTES
– Children must be always supervised by an adult when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
– Mandatory house cleaning upon departure : starting from 300.00 EUR
– Cancellation insurance and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates.
– Tourism development tax is an EXTRA cost.

– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
