– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

NOTES
– Cancellation insurance is NOT included in the rates.
– Tourism Development Tax is NOT included in the rates.
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
– In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
– It is NOT allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
– Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

– Early checkin and Late checkout are EXTRA cost
– Amount of security deposit: 2 000.00 EUR
