The villa is situated in the picturesque Palmeraie, a mere 10-minute drive from downtown Marrakech and its vibrant Medina. Accessible via the Palmeraie circuit linking Casablanca and Fez roads, it enjoys one of Marrakech’s most sought-after routes. Golf enthusiasts can indulge in the nearby Golf de la Palmeraie, while an equestrian center offers additional recreational opportunities in close proximity.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to AHR

– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
