RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

NOTES
– Cancellation insurance and tips for the staff are NOT included on the rates
– Guests are asked to leave their rooms 1 hour before their departure time so that the staff can make an inventory of fixtures.
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by owner
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill.
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

– Early check-in and late check-out are EXTRA cost.
– Amount of security deposit : 3 000.00 EUR
