RESERVATION CONDITIONS

– 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation

– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

– Cancellation insurance and tips for the staff are NOT included on the rates
– Champagnes, house wines, beer are EXTRA cost and can be made available to guests on request
– All guests use any hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, steam room facilities at their own risk
– It is NOT allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pool has no swimming guard
– The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill.
