Nestled amidst the tranquil countryside between San Agustin and San Antonio, this contemporary villa spans 400m² on a generous 2,500m² plot. Enjoying a picturesque outlook of the surrounding landscape and a glimpse of the sea, including the Bay of San Antonio in the distance, this modern retreat promises both elegance and serenity.

LOCATION
All beaches along the West Coast are located within a radius of 15km at most. For instance, Cala Tarida, home to our local offices, can be reached in just a 10-minute drive. San José is a mere 5-10 minutes away by car. If you’re headed to Ibiza town, it’s a 25-minute drive from here.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

NOTES
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Cancellation insurance, Tourism Development Tax and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates.
– Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
– In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– No safety fence around the pool. Pool has no swimming guard
– Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer. Linens and towels cleaning upon departure are NOT included in the rates.
– For bookings over €10,000/week, daily cleaning is included (2 x 2 hours per day), as is cleaning at the end of your stay.
– For bookings of less than €10,000/week, mid-stay cleaning (4 hours) and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
– Language spoken by staff : English – French – Spanish
– Check-in : 16:00 h – Check out : 10:00 h
– Early check-in and late check-out are EXTRA cost.
– Amount of security deposit : 6 000.00 EUR
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
