Ideally situated in the prime “Kasbah” area of Marrakech’s Medina, next to King Mohamed VI’s Royal Palace, the Riad Annour is just a 10-minute walk from the Koutoubia and the famous Jemaa el-Fna square.

The Saadian Tombs and El Badi Palace are only a 5-minute stroll away. This vibrant district boasts traditional shops, a delightful morning market with fresh produce, and charming restaurants with terraces, creating a lively atmosphere during the day while remaining peaceful in the evening—perfect for leisurely strolls to experience timeless Marrakech.

Additionally, the riad offers convenient access, being close to a taxi rank and a small parking area, allowing drop-offs just 50 meters away and providing a prime spot for compact rental cars (Renault Clio or smaller).

NOTES
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Cancellation insurance, tourism development tax and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pets not allowed
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
– Language spoken by staff : English – Arabic – French – Spanish
– Check-in : 15:00 h – Check out : 12:00 h
– Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged by AHR upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to AHR.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
