– 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation

– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

– Cancellation insurance, tourism development tax and tips for the staff are NOT included on the rates
– Cost of food and grocery delivery are EXTRA cost and can be made available to guests on request

– Pool heating : starting from 25.00 EUR Per Day
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
