LOCATION
Es Cubell village is just a short 5-7 minute walk away, offering access to a supermarket. The town of San Jose also features a large supermarket for convenience.

The nearest beaches, including Es Cubell Beach, Ses Boques, and Es Torrent, are located 3-4 km from the villa.

A 10-minute drive from the villa will take you to Cala d’Hort beach, renowned for its stunning views of Es Vedra. Cala Jondal beach, known for its lively clubs, is a 15-minute drive away.

The city of Ibiza is only 20 minutes from the villa, and Ibiza International Airport is situated 15 kilometers away for easy travel access.

– There is an extra bed in the green room and the option for 2 more sleeping arrangements in the moroccan room.
– There is a 4th bedroom which is an outside studio. Bathroom is located outside the room.
– Children must be always supervised by an adult when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Cancellation insurance and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates.
– Tourism development tax : 2.20 EUR Per Adult/day
– Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
– In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– No safety fence around the pool. Pool has no swimming guard.
– Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak. The water used in the house is delivered by trucks.
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
– Cleaning service is EXTRA. Cost depends on season.

– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
