LOCATION
The fully renovated and equipped house, completed in 2013, is conveniently situated just a 5-minute drive from the stunning beaches of Cala Moli, Cala Tarida, and Cala Vadella. Additionally, it’s only a 5-minute drive from the town of Sant Josep, offering a wide array of services. Ibiza Town and the airport are both reachable within a 20-minute drive.

NOTES
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– There are no TVs in the rooms.
– Cancellation insurance, tips for the staff and tourism development tax are NOT included in the rates.
– Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
– In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– No safety fence around the pool. Pool has no swimming guard
– Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
– Compulsory extra costs – House cleaning upon departure – Mandatory : 327.00 USD Per Stay
– For stays of at least 12 days, cleaning and change of sheets and towels is carried out once a week.
– Language spoken by staff : English – French – Spanish
– Check-in : 17:00 h – Check out : 10:00 h
– Early check-in and late check-out are EXTRA cost.
– Amount of security deposit : 3 000.00 EUR
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
