The villa enjoys a serene atmosphere, undisturbed by neighboring properties, offering easy access to Palmeraie Golf, Amelkis / Royal Golf, and Al Maaden, each just a 15-minute drive away. Marrakech’s vibrant city center is also a convenient 15-minute drive from the villa.

NOTES
– Important: All extras must be paid in cash directly at the villa with tourist taxes (4.00 euros per person per night).

– Pool has no swimming guard
– The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill.
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

– Early check-in and late check-out are EXTRA cost.
– A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 4.00 EUR per guest per night

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged by AHR upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 70 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to AHR.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 60 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to AHR.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to AHR
