RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged by AHR upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to AHR.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

– Cooking service is included. Cost of food is NOT included. Grocery bills + 30% service fee
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– No safety fence around the pool
– Cancellation insurance and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates
– Pool has no swimming guard

– Check-in : 15:00 h – Check-out : 11:00 h
– Early check-in and Late check-out are EXTRA cost.
– Amount of security deposit : 1 500.00 EUR
