This lovely house of 80sqm is located less than 2km away from the beach. 8km drive to San Jose, 20km drive to Ibiza town and 2km away from the supermarket. All the beaches of the West coast of the island are within a radius of 10km: Cala d’Hort, Cala Carbo, Cala Vadella, Cala Molí, Cala Conta and Cala Tarida.

– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

NOTES
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Cancellation insurance, tourism development tax and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates.
– Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
– In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– No safety fence around the pool. Pool has no swimming guard
– Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

– Early check-in and late check-out are EXTRA cost.
