– Heating of swimming pool : starting from 100.00 EUR Per Day (3 days pre pool heating-mandatory)
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– The villa is not air conditioned. Underfloor heating and cooling system
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
– No safety fence around the pool. Pool has no swimming guard
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
– Language spoken by staff : English – Arabic – French
– Check-in : 16:00 h – Check out : 10:00 h
– Early check-in and late check-out are EXTRA cost
– Security deposit required : 3 000.00 EUR

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to AHR
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
