Situated in a enchanting locale, Dar Mauresque is a spacious single-story residence of contemporary design, comprising four air-conditioned suites, each featuring a fireplace and shuttered windows. Every suite opens onto a private terrace, furnished with double, king, or queen-size beds. The villa is surrounded by a meticulously landscaped garden boasting mature olive trees, a vegetable garden, and citrus trees including oranges, lemons, and pomegranates.

– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

– Cancellation insurance, tourism development tax and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates
– Cost of food and grocery delivery are EXTRA cost and can be made available to guests on request
– Laundry service is EXTRA cost and available upon request
– Heating of swimming pool : starting from 55.00 EUR Per Day and Pre pool heating : starting 180.00 EUR Per Day
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
– No safety fence around the pool. Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
