The three-story house, along with annexes, is arranged around a central patio and meticulously landscaped garden. Offering 300m² of comfortable living areas, it sits on a generous plot of 1,250m², entirely enclosed by natural stone walls.

Nestled between the picturesque Cala Vadella beach and the Caló den Real urbanization, which includes amenities like a sports center and tennis facilities, this villa offers an ideal location. Within a 10-kilometer radius, you’ll find all the renowned beaches of the west coast, including Cala d’Hort, Cala Carbo, Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Cala Vadella, Cala Moli, and Cala Tarida. San José is a mere 7 kilometers away, while Ibiza town is 20 kilometers from the property. Additionally, a supermarket just 200 meters away provides the convenience of a free home delivery service.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

NOTES
– Cancellation insurance, tourism development tax and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates
– Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
– In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
– Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer. Compulsary EXTRA cost: House cleaning upon departure : 326.00 USD Per Stay
