Spanning a 12-hectare estate, this property has been lovingly maintained by the same Ibiza family for nearly two centuries, imbuing it with rich historical significance and generational care.

Today, the house offers luxurious private accommodations for up to 12 guests, with the option of a full concierge service upon request. Nestled atop a wooded hill, the location ensures utmost privacy, overlooking the picturesque West Coast of Ibiza and surrounded by 12 hectares of unspoiled nature.

NOTES
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Cancellation insurance, tips for the staff and Tourism development tax are NOT included in the rates.
– Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
– Villa is suitable for weddings and events. However, it is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
– Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

– Early check-in and late check-out are EXTRA cost.
– Amount of security deposit : 3 000.00 EUR
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged by AHR upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to AHR.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
