All the beaches along the West Coast are within a 10km radius, including Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Cala Molí, Cala Vadella, Cala d’Hort, and Cala Carbo. Our local offices are situated 4/5km down Cala Tarida Road, with the village of San José a 15-minute drive away and Ibiza City reachable within 30 minutes by car. There is a supermarket just 1.5km away, and the area is known for its stunning sunsets.

NOTES
– Children must be always supervised by an adult when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Cancellation insurance, tourism development tax and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates.
– Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
– In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
– The island is growing, we cannot predict construction works in the area of the rented property, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any convenience. No refund can be made for those unfortunate reasons.
– Language spoken by staff : English – French – Spanish
– Check-in : 16:00 h – Check out : 10:00 h
– Early check-in and late check-out are EXTRA cost.
– Amount of security deposit : 2 000.00 EUR
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
