– The use of the kitchen by the customer is only possible under supervision of a staff member, so it is strongly recommended and preferable to use the cook.

– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged by AHR upon reservation : 50 %
– 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to AHR.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
