Situated on a securely enclosed plot spanning 120,000 square meters, it boasts breathtaking vistas of the sea and the island’s west coast. The villa is designed on a single level, facing the island’s western direction, ensuring ample sunlight on the terrace throughout the day. A staircase provides direct access to the serene cove of Cala Corral.

LOCATION
Cala Tarida beach is conveniently accessible with just a 3-minute drive. Within an 8-minute drive lies the picturesque Cala Molí beach, while other enchanting beaches along the west coast, including Cala Vadella, Cala Carbó, and Cala D’Hort, are reachable within 10-15 minutes by car. Nearby amenities include a supermarket, bars, and beachside restaurants at Cala Tarida. The bustling city of San José is a mere 8-minute drive away. Ibiza Airport is situated approximately 18-20 kilometers away.

– Guarantee deposit charged upon reservation : 50 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

NOTES
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Cancellation insurance, Tourism Development Tax and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates.
– Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
– In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
– Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
