This property, located in Cala Carbó, Ibiza, boasts a private swimming pool and captivating vistas of the sea and Vedra. Offering four bedrooms and five bathrooms, it is conveniently close to the beach. It is situated just a 2-minute drive from Cala Carbó beach. White Pink spans 350 m2 and sits on a fenced plot of 2,200 m2. It features expansive terraces, perfect for relishing the breathtaking sea views.

LOCATION
Just a 5-minute drive away are the stunning beaches of Cala D’Hort and Cala Vadella. The village of San Jose is located 7 km away, while Ibiza town is 25 km away. Additionally, there is a small supermarket conveniently situated just a 2-minute drive from the property.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

NOTES
– Cancellation insurance, tourism development tax and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
– In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by AHR
– No safety fence around the pool. Pool has no swimming guard
– Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
