The villa is conveniently located 5 minutes from Cala d’Hort beach and 10 minutes from Cala Carbo, Cala Vadella, Porroig, and Es Cubells. San José is just a 15-minute drive away, while Ibiza town can be reached in 30 minutes. Situated in a peaceful and secluded area, access to the house is via a private road that is rustic and lined with stones.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
– Guarantee deposit charged upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to AHR
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

NOTES
– Cancellation insurance, Tourism development tax and tips for the staff are NOT included in the rates
– Car recommended
– Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
– In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

– Early check-in and late check-out are EXTRA cost.
– Security deposit required : 6 000.00 EUR
